Art rewards time.
That belief has shaped Art Explore since the gallery was founded in New Delhi in 2016.
We work with artists who have dedicated themselves to a lifetime of making. Some are at the beginning of their journey. Others have spent decades in the studio. Every practice has grown through curiosity, persistence, and a desire to keep discovering new possibilities.

Our programme brings together painting, sculpture, ceramics, photography, paper, installation, and mixed media. Every exhibition begins in the artist’s studio, grows through conversation and research, and takes shape through thoughtful curation. Each exhibition is an opportunity to experience the work with clarity, attention, and purpose.
Looking is central to everything we do. We encourage visitors to spend time with the work, return to it, ask questions, and allow each encounter to reveal something new. Collecting grows from curiosity, understanding, and the pleasure of living with art.
Our conversations with artists continue throughout the year. We visit studios, publish essays and interviews, document new bodies of work, present exhibitions, participate in art fairs, and create opportunities for our artists to reach new audiences. These ongoing exchanges shape the gallery as much as the exhibitions themselves.
Over the years, Art Explore has grown through lasting relationships with artists, collectors, curators, institutions, and audiences. Every exhibition becomes part of that shared journey, creating new conversations while strengthening the practices at the heart of the gallery.
Art Explore continues to believe in the value of time. Time spent making. Time spent looking. Time spent living with art.

Our Approach
Art Explore is shaped by the partnership between Gallerist Reshma Chordia and Vikram Singh. Together, we bring two complementary ways of working with artists, creating a gallery where thoughtful dialogue, long term relationships, and artistic growth remain at the centre of everything we do.
Reshma works closely with artists, collectors, institutions, and partners, building the relationships that allow artists and their practices to grow with confidence. Her leadership continues to guide the gallery’s direction while creating opportunities that extend well beyond the exhibition space.
Vikram shapes the gallery’s creative voice through curation, writing, publishing, artist interviews, and photo essays. Mentoring artists has become an important part of this process, with ongoing conversations that help refine ideas, strengthen exhibitions, articulate artistic practice, and build confidence over time. Every artist’s journey is different, and every conversation is guided by the needs of that individual practice.

Together, we spend time in artists’ studios, develop exhibitions, publish essays and interviews, participate in art fairs, and create opportunities that introduce our artists to new audiences. Every project grows through conversation, research, and a shared belief that an artist’s practice deserves sustained attention.
We believe the role of a gallery extends beyond presenting exhibitions. It includes listening, asking questions, sharing knowledge, encouraging new ideas, and standing beside artists as their practices evolve. These relationships shape the gallery as much as the exhibitions themselves, creating lasting connections between artists, collectors, institutions, and audiences.
